EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

ONLINE EXCHANGES IN SPAIN (Peninsula)

You can request an exchange within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from receipt of your order.
You can make one change of size, model or color for each order placed completely free of charge. To do so, please follow the instructions below:

1. Send an email with your order number to info@blessmess.com indicating that you want to make a change to your order.

2. We will come to your delivery address to take your new order and the one you are returning to us.

3. It's that easy and totally free

*We do not accept exchanges of garments made to order.
**Bless The Mess reserves the right not to accept more than one free exchange for each order placed by the customer.

 

ONLINE RETURNS IN SPAIN (Peninsula)

You can request a refund within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from receipt of your order.
To return your order, please follow the instructions below:

1. Send an email with your order number to info@blessmess.com indicating that you want to return your order.

2. We will send you a label that you must print and stick on the packaging box with which you received your order.

3. We will pick up the order at the delivery address.


COST

Bless The Mess is not responsible for the costs of the return (except in case of our error or in case of tare), but we will help to manage it at all times. The transport costs borne by the customer in relation to the return of an order will be €10 for each order that is returned. These costs will be deducted from the amount to be returned to the payment method used at the time of purchase.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER
The Customer is obliged to return the product in perfect condition, with the original packaging and labelling intact, suitably packaged in its original box and properly protected. The product to be returned must be in the same condition in which it was received by the Customer. The customer must also return any other product associated with their order that has been delivered to them as part of a promotion.

REFUND OF THE AMOUNT
Bless The Mess will proceed to refund the amount paid, once it has received the returned product and has verified that it is in good condition. The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from receipt of the notice of withdrawal by the customer. All refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

RETURN TO THE CUSTOMER'S ACCOUNT (SPAIN and EUROPEAN COMMUNITY)

You can request a refund within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from receipt of your order.
If you prefer, you can return the goods at your own expense:

1. Send an email with your order number to info@blessmess.com stating that you would like to return your order.

2. We will send you the delivery address to which you should send the package.

3. You can use a courier service or the Post Office, it is your choice. Bless The Mess is not responsible for the package until it is delivered to our warehouse.

*Bless The Mess does not accept freight collect shipments.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS / EXCHANGES (OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY)

Bless The Mess does not accept returns or exchanges from countries outside the European Community. Unfortunately, we are a small company and are currently trying to sort out the process of returns and exchanges outside the E.U. Hopefully, we will soon be able to proceed with refunds worldwide.
